Several hundred students from different institutions every year carry out their project training with us and during our yearly requirement drive we consider these students on a priority basis. This selection process is purely based on the merit & vacancies available at that point of time.

West Bengal Minority Development & Finance Corporation has given a very valuable assignment to the Trust to coach students from communities like Muslim, Christian, Jain, Buddhists etc to make them employable and self sufficient. Other State & Central Government departments are also in pipeline in engaging us for the training jobs.
